What's New in Workforce Investment Archive: Headlines (2002)
Through this January 11 Federal Register Notice, ETA seeks comments on the current data collection process of participant data under WIA Title I-B. The approval from OMB to collect participant data under WIA Title I-B expired on October 31, 2001. OMB has granted an extension to allow the Department to continue to collect participant data. The comment period closes March 12, 2002.
The WIA Management Information Reporting System currently being utilized by all States will be submitted to OMB without change for reapproval. The reporting instructions are contained in Change 1 to TEGL 14-00.
