The Institute for Government Innovation at the John F. Kennedy School
of Government at Harvard University has announced the competition for the 2002 Innovations in American Government Awards. Every level and unit of government --- federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial -- within the United States is eligible to apply. On-line applications will be accepted until May 17, 2002.
