What's New in Workforce Investment Archive: Headlines (1999)
April 15, 1999. The Interim Final Regulations for the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 were published today in the Federal Register. Publication initiates the 90 day official comment period and it is envisioned that Final Regulations will be published by the end of 1999.
