What's New in Workforce Investment Archive: Headlines (2002)
The Office of Community Services (OCS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is requesting competitive applications to provide technical assistance to help faith-based and community-based organizations. Nongovernmental organizations, non-profit agencies, including faith-based organizations, public agencies, State and local governments, colleges and universities, and for-profit entities may submit applications under this announcement. ACF expects to award a total of up to $24.5 million with a level of
15-25 intermediary organizations to be supported by this level of funding. The closing date for submission of applications is July 22, 2002.
