SBA Announces Federal-State Technology Partnership Program Funding; State Economic Development Agencies Eligible to Apply

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is inviting eligible applicants to submit applications for participation in the second annual Federal and State Technology (FAST) Partnership Program. Both new and prior year applicants are encouraged to apply. The closing date is July 25, 2002.
