Plans for the Youth Activities Portion of WIA State
Five-Year Strategic Plans and Wagner-Peyser are presented
in Field Memorandum No. 52-99. In response to questions
raised regarding the Plan requirements and procedures
States must follow to access PY 2000 youth funds before
July 1, 2000, and specifically for planning CY 2000 summer
employment opportunities, ETA has developed options for submitting State Plans for
Youth Activities which will allow States to access youth
funds early.
