American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA)

Final Appropriation Action: On February 17, 2009, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), P. L. 111-5, was signed into law. It contains the funding provisions for ETA.

Subsequent Action: On June 24, 2009 the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2009, P.L. 111-32, was signed into law. It contains amendments related to administrative funding appropriated in the ARRA.



FY 2008 Budget

Final Appropriation Action: On December 26, 2007, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008, P. L. 110-161, was signed into law. It contains the funding provisions for ETA.

Subsequent Action: On June 30, 2008, the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2008, P.L. 110-252, was signed into law. It contains funding provisions for ETA.



FY 2007 Budget

Final Appropriation Action: On February 15, 2007, the Revised Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2007, P. L. 110-5, was signed into law. It contains the funding provisions for ETA.

FY 2006 Budget

Final Appropriation Action: On December 30, 2005, the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006, P. L. 109-149, was signed into law. It contains the funding provisions for ETA.

Subsequent Action: On December 30, 2005, the Department of Defense, Emergency Supplemental Appropriations to Address Hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico, and Pandemic Influenza Act, 2006, P. L. 109-148, was signed into law. It contains some emergency response funding provisions for ETA.
