    This is used to notify ETA of the person with authority to drawdown funds for a new grant, when first establishing a Payment Management System (PMS) account, and whenever there is a change in financial reporting personnel.


Payment Management System (PMS) Account Management

In Fall 2018, PMS converted to an entirely electronic, primarily self-service system, and no longer requires hard-copy form submission.  Below are links to the most often requested sites:
