Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA)
Reporting and Record Keeping Guidance

These data provide information on TAA activity from the point at which worker groups petition to receive TAA, through several months after TAA participants have exited the program in order to determine whether: (1) they have successfully obtained employment shortly after exit, (2) whether that employment is sustained, and (3) the wage that is earned by those that are employed. Common Measures outcomes allow for comparing the same performance outcome results across all ETA programs, while Trade Act Measures measure TAA performance in a manner mandated by the 2009 amendments to the Trade Act.

The Trade Adjustment Assistance Trade Activity Participant Report (TAPR) Data Preparation and Reporting Handbook contains important reporting and record keeping instructions for use by all Cooperating State Agencies administering the TAA program, and related programs.

QUARTERLY REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS AND FORMS

ALL REPORTS AND RECORDS CONTAINED WITHIN THE TAPR ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 45 DAYS AFTER THE END OF EACH REPORT QUARTER.
