Access to State Portal / Plans / Reports

This webpage provides access to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act performance results for the noted years. The page will transfer you to the results by state housed on the ETA website. Definitions for the values found on the performance reports are found in the Annual Report (ETA-9169) specifications.  The report specifications provide plain text language to assist reviewers in understanding the reports. Further WIOA Annual Report Submission Guidance is in TEGL 03-17.

TEGL 10-16, change 1 has a complete listing of Performance Accountability Guidance for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I, Title II, Title III, and Title IV Core Programs.  Definitions of Terms Related to the Performance Accountability System for the performance reports can be seen here.

Note: Please send an e-mail to wia.plan@dol.gov with any corrections to the URL for the current portal and/or Plan. Webpage addresses do change as part of on-going maintenance and update cycles. Your alerts will help ETA keep on-line access to the Plans and modifications as up-to-date as possible.
