SUBJECT:    Continued Use of Forms ETA-9130 and ETA-9130 A and ETA-9130 B

PROGRAM(S): All Programs

1.  Purpose.  To transmit an Information Collection Request (ICR) titled “Employment and Training Administration Financial Report,” to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval for continued use in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).
