SUBJECT:     Request for Comments - Supplementary Survey on Unemployment Insurance Non-Filers; OMB Number 1205-0NEW

PROGRAM(S):         UI

1.  Purpose.  To transmit a request for public comment on an new Information Collection Request (ICR), which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning non-filers for unemployment insurance benefits under the Federal-State unemployment compensation system.
