PY04 Younger Youth Diploma Attainment Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Diploma Attainment Rate rankings for the WIA Younger Youth program in PY 04. The rate ranges from a high of 84.4% in Delaware to a low of 46.0% in Alabama. The map highlights the ten highest and lowest states on this measure. The top ten in order are Delaware, Michigan, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Nebraska, Puerto Rico, Wisconsin, Arkansas, and Iowa. The ten lowest from top to bottom are Indiana, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Colorado, Mississippi, Hawaii, Nevada, Louisiana, New York and Alabama.
