Adult exiters ranged from 86.2 percent for the Retention Rate, 77.1 percent for the Earnings Replacement Rate, and 65.6 percent for the Credential Rate. Adults on Public Assistance produced a Retention Rate of 85.2 percent, an Earnings Replacement Rate of 72.3 percent, and a Credential Rate of 59.2 percent. Older Youth exiters showed a Retention Rate of 82.7 percent, an Earnings Replacement Rate of 73.6 percent, and a Credential Rate of 52 percent. Older Youth on Public Assistance demonstrated a Retention Rate of 79.9 percent, an Earnings Replacement Rate of 68.3 percent and a Credential Rate of 48.5 percent. Public Assistance recipients showed a lower rate on each measure than the overall rate for their group. |
