ShOW-IT (Shift Share Occupational Workforce and Industrial Tools)
Originally designed with economic developers in mind, ShOW-IT, an acronym for Shift-share Occupational Workforce and Industrial Tools, is an extensive database and reporting application for economic analysis developed by North Carolina's Labor Market Information (LMI) Division. This program allows the user to investigate and analyze 17-year employment data for industries and over seven years for occupations.
