Project Summary

POPULATION SERVED: The population served by this project is expected to exceed the 6,513 people with disabilities in Colorado who received employment services during the 2000-2001 period.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:  Project Training Resources and Incentive Networks (TRAIN) will assist people with disabilities who are customers of Colorado’s workforce investment system by procuring new technology, facilitating infrastructure and systems improvements and upgrades, and increased access to programs. The program will take advantage of new opportunities to build partnerships, integrate statewide systems, and leverage resources.  The result of the project will be a comprehensive statewide infrastructure that guarantees opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in employment and training services.
