Outreach

The Office of Outreach provides communications and messaging support to members of the media, education communities, businesses, industries and individual citizens on behalf of the Employment & Training Administration (ETA). The office provides workforce information and materials on ongoing ETA initiatives and coordinates local and national ETA outreach activities.

Services and activities in the Office of Outreach include, but are not limited to the following: printing and reproduction assistance and support, materials and resource development and dissemination, meeting facilitation, travel logistics, marketing and branding, and all other strategic communications activities as needed.
