The chart shows Entered Employment Rate (EER) for veterans in the WIA Adult & Dislocated Worker Programs. The veteran population is broken down first by race and then by those with training and no training. Hawaiian, Hispanic, and White veterans with training have the highest EER - 76.0%, 75.5%, and 73.8% respectively. Then follow Asian - 71.4%, Black - 70.2%, and Native American - 64.4%. The gap between veterans with training and those with no training is the greatest for Asian veterans - 28.4% (43.0% have no training), then Hispanic - 26.9% (48.6%), Hawaiian - 25.3% (50.7%), White - 22.8% (51.0%), Black - 21.4% (48.8%), and Native American - 16.3% (48.1%).
