The State plans to invest incentive funds in activities related to the Perkins Act, the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, and the Workforce Investment Act. The initiatives involve innovations that will strengthen North Dakota’s economy and support the Governor and the Economic Development Foundation’s goal of increasing net job growth and the average annual wage.
Incentive award funds will be integrated with other federal and state workforce development and training funds, local community and private sector resources to:
expand access to the One-stop system;
address skill gaps;
develop customized service approaches for target populations;
