PY04 Adult Credential Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Credential Rate for the WIA Adult program in PY 04. The rate ranges from a high of 83.2% in Maryland and Michigan to a low of 41.4% in Alabama. The ten highest and ten lowest states for this ranking are highlighted on the map. The ten highest states in order are Maryland, Michigan, West Virginia, Colorado, Arkansas, Texas, Minnesota, Tennessee, New York and Connecticut. The ten lowest, from top to bottom, are Maine and South Carolina (tied), Illinois, Vermont, Alaska, Hawaii, Virginia, Mississippi, North Carolina, California, and Alabama.
