PY04 Older Youth Credential Rate State Rankings

This map shows the Credential Rate rankings for the WIA Older Youth program in PY 04. The rate ranges from a high of 71.3% in Michigan to a low of 34.3% in Alabama. The map highlights the ten highest and lowest states for this measure. The ten highest states in order are Michigan, Delaware, Utah, Nebraska, Maryland, Washington, New Mexico, Georgia, Arkansas, and the District of Columbia. The ten lowest states from top to bottom are North Dakota, Indiana, Vermont, Mississippi, Hawaii, Louisiana, California, Kansas, North Carolina, and Alabama.
