PY03 Older Youth Earnings Change State Rankings

This map shows the Earnings Change rankings for the WIA Older Youth program in PY 03. The amount ranges from a high of $5,985 in Ohio to a low of $1,193 in Delaware. The map highlights the ten highest and lowest states for this measure. The ten highest states in order are Ohio, Wyoming, Nebraska, the District of Columbia, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Nevada, Arkansas and Iowa. The ten lowest states from top to bottom are North Dakota, Maine, South Carolina, Virginia, Michigan, West Virginia, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Delaware.
